Company CEO and Founder. Has 10 years' experience in state-of-the-art development and project management for a variety of companies.
Previously, Shay was Senior Software Developer and Architect for Nice Systems. In this position he gained extensive experience, specializing in a range of development disciplines, including advanced web development, software architecture and above all, kernel driver development.
Shay holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

Niv El-Ad - CTO
Has 10 years' experience in development and architecture in mobile and web fields for leading companies. Early in his career, Niv worked for the MIRS Development Division, specializing in mobile-related technologies and their integration with web and mobile systems. Later on he was Technology Leader for eWave, and a consultant for various integration projects for leading companies. In his most recent position, he was Product Architect for Musicall, which develops a platform for the distribution of ring-back tones for leading operators in Europe.
Niv holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in IT.

Tzvika Delman - VP, Marketing
Tzvika has over 13 years' experience as a Marketing- and Business Development Manager. He had served as Product Manager for the Business Sector in Cellcom, as Product Division Manager for the Residential Sector in Pelephone, and took part in the launch of Esc brand, as well as serving as Marketing and Business Development Manager for start-up units in Comverse.
Tzvika is an expert in product design, market requirements, product marketing and setup of sales-support units. Tzvika has considerable experience in marketing to the business, residential and international sectors.
Tzvika holds a master’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in International Marketing.
