Co-founder of MSBit Ltd., Ofer's rich work experience began with his army service in the IDF where he was involved in software management and network infrastructure and maintenance. Following this, he spent four years as a senior software developer and architect with NICE Systems, where he also served as software development team leader. Graduating with honors, Ofer holds a BSc in Computer Science, having specialized in design patterns, advanced software development and software architecture.

Shay Chen,
Co - CEO

Co-founder of MSBit Ltd., Shay formerly worked with NICE Systems for four years as a senior software developer and architect. In this capacity he gained experience and expertise in a variety of software development fields including advanced development in web environments, software architecture, and particularly in kernel driver development. His extensive work experience also includes independent project development with both large and small companies, applying his considerable skills in customer relations. Shay holds a BA in Computer Science.
